Journal of Management Matters, published by the Faculty of Management Studies, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka bi-annually aiming in disseminating knowledge of research in the discipline of Management. The majority of research papers are the prime outputs of research conducted by academics and practitioners in the due discipline. The journal is published in printed version and inserted as freely accessible online version into the university repository and to the website of Faculty of Management Studies of rajarata University of Sri Lanka, with the aim of providing the widest possibility of readership for intellectuals.
