The Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM) at the Faculty of Management Studies, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka is a newly established department and creates leading HR Professionals.
The department encourages research and development activities in various fields in the HRM context. The faculty members of the department have been actively engaged in research activities, publishing their findings in national and international journals, presenting papers at academic conferences, and participating in collaborative research projects with other institutions in local and foreign.
