We are excited to announce the second International Research Symposium on Management (IRSM) to be held on 16th November 2023, under the theme of “From Resilience to Resistance: The Role of Digital Transformation in Business Sustainability.” This symposium recognizes the need for businesses to adapt to the rapidly changing world by building resilience, but also moving beyond it towards resistance by leveraging digital transformation for sustainable growth and success. The IRSM 2023 will provide a platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to share their insights, best practices, and research findings on the topic of business resilience, resistance, and digital transformation. We invite extended abstract submissions on a broad range of management topics, including but not limited to digitalization, innovation, strategic management, marketing, and human resource management. The symposium will feature keynote speeches by distinguished experts, panel discussions, and extended abstract presentations, offering ample opportunities for networking and collaboration among participants.
